Hello everyone. I recently joined your club :) and bought a ford fiesta 1.4 tdci 2007. I have noticed that the engine is shaking around 1000-1500 rpms. I suspected an injector is at fault. I did a comp reading and it showed that there was something wrong with the second injector. I did a Diesel purge with liqui moly additive, but there was no 1. Warm engine to 65-70C with at least 1/4 a tank of diesel. 2. Erase codes with engine stopped ignition on engine off. 3. Delete DPF data. Follow on screen instructions carefully. Ignition on engine off 4. Start engine (DO NOT touch the acc. pedal) and start regen. The engine will then rev up to around 2,800 rpm and stay there. Tdci Cam Carrier Cracked 2nd time. I have soured a replacement head for the car fitted it with a new head gasket,timing chain all the guides and a new tenisnor. Put the car back together timed it to 50 o btdc all the pins locked where they should have been, turned the engine through 2 full turns and put all the pins back in with out a problem .
