Hi Paul, I'm clutching at straws now but my thoughts that either: 1. The injection pump/IMV are not working. 2. There is a very significant pressure leak from the rail/injector system. I don't suggest that you buy another pump but it might be worth removing the IMV and checking that there isn't any blockage at its little valve. See below.
