1) Plugs: pull and check gap at least, check deposits, clean, put back in. 2) Plug wires: Replace if lifetime warranty wires, if not check by spraying wires with household cleaner, and watching at night with engine idling. 3) PCV valve: often overlooked, and it's vacuum line is the cause of many low idle/stumbling issues.

Hi there , Ok if the engine is a 1.6 diesel TDCI then the relay will be the issue this is a common occurance this why Thr broadcast message was released by for advising a more robust /modified relay be fitted. try this. Turn On the car (do not start it, just turn key on) shift gear to N then turn off the car and wait for 15 seconds. Shift gear to P turn on the car (do not start just turn key on) wait for 15 seconds then turn off key and turn on again, shift gear to N the car will give you message Transmission Ready.

I have a 2010 Ford Fusion that randomly stoped starting. It will turn over and crank but will not start. I droveit home and then 20 minutes later went to get in it and it would not start at all. I changed spark plugs checked compression, checked ignition coils replaced the crank and the cam sensor, and replaced the battery.

Sounds like the battery to me, you could try charging it. Are you sure the stereo you installed isn't causing a power drain as it could kill the new battery if it is.

Hi, you cant get the pipes wrong as there sized and only fit where they came off. you will have air in system still, try cracking open 2 fuel injector pipes a little then turn engine over untill air and diesel starts coming out of injectors, turn engine off, tighten injectors back up and should start.. may take some turning over still though so you may need a jump off another battery.
