2007 Expedition EL Limited the cigarette lighter (center of dash next to aux) is not working. I’ve already replaced the J-case 20 amp fuse #52 in the fuse box in the engine compartment. Is there any other fuses that would control the power to the center dash cigarette lighter? I have a Ford Focus C max 2004 . The cigar lighter on the front centre consul has stopped working. I have tested the outlet in the boot which apparently is on the same fuse and this works fine. Or carry a lighter on you and do the push button start mod for it like I did. the fuse box from 04 to 08 f150 is on the passenger side under the kick panel under the dash below the glovebox and the same thing happened to mine and it think it was number 20a on the board if im not mistaken but double check the manual to be sure. 1. I remember something from my past. The brake lights are on a different circuit, that is why they still work. The tail lights are in some way connected in the cigarette lighter circuit. The lighter circuit may have been shorted blowing that fuse. Check that fuse and see if that could be your problem. firstly just have a look in the socket to see if there's anything obstructing the contacts, don't poke anything in it like a key as it'll just blow the fuse, if there's crud in the hole, hoover it out.
