Hi guys, so my AC isnt working for some time and to my surprise I found out that my radiator fan isnt switching on. The fan is working allright when jumped from the battery. I checked also the wire to the resistor fan module on the fan and on one pin I get 14 volts, on the small one I get 2 volts The problem is that the drivers side window switch can only seem to operate the following windows: -the drivers' window in both directions. -the front passengers' window in the UP direction. Also if one of the switches inside the drivers switch assembly is pressed, it burns which causes nasty smoke . If this switch is held down for a few You can fully charge your battery and reset the BMS and everything will work again but eventually, it may drift back to not working. It is a flawed system. My wife has a 2014 Fiesta without BMS and the heated screen works whenever the button is pressed.
